Accounts Assistant / Runcorn / 18 Month FTC / Excellent Salary / Free Parking

NC Associates are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our client within the Construction industry. As the Accounts Assistant you will be reporting into the company Accountant.

Duties include;

  • Sales & Purchase ledger
  • Dealing with queries, chasing up invoices and liaising with other departments
  • Ensuring invoices are complete
  • Checking subcontractor and sea freight invoices thoroughly
  • Maintaining the Purchase Ledger log and distribute purchase invoices in a timely manner
  • Dealing with any other general accounts administration required in the department

To be considered you MUST have;

  • Experience in a similar role. 1 year minimum
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to work on their own initiative
  • A financial qualification is desirable
