NC Associates are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their rapidly growing company who are based in Liverpool City Centre. As an Accounts Assistant you will be tasked with various Accounts duties. You will be working with 2 other Accounts Assistants and report into the Finance Manager.

Duties Include;

  • Reconciling finance reports
  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Complex reconciliations
  • Handling and writing cheques
  • Consulting on VAT and PAYE
  • Receiving and processing invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
  • Debt Management

Essential Skills Required:

  • A desire to progress within a vibrant company
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Accounting exposure and understanding
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within a customer service capacity
  • Bright, positive and motivated personality
