Accounts Assistant / Chester / Temporary / Excellent Salary + Benefits

NC Associates are looking to recruit a Temporary Accounts Assistant who has a keen eye for detail and a strong ability in accounts based in heart of Chester. As an Accounts Assistant you will be tasked with various Accounts duties. You will be working with 2 other Accounts Assistants and report into the Finance Manager.

Duties Include;

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
  • Sales & Purchase Ledger
  • Reconciling finance reports
  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Complex reconciliations
  • Handling and writing cheques
  • Consulting on VAT and PAYE
  • Receiving and processing invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
  • Debt Management

Essential Skills Required:

  • A desire to progress within a vigorous company
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Accounting exposure and understanding
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbally
  • Positive and motivated personality
