Credit Controller

Responsibilities

This temporary Credit Control position will involve the following responsibilities

  • Daily chasing via phone and emails of ageing debt
  • Ensure we are completing the Dunning process on all aged debts
  • Chasing of failed Direct Debt to make sure we secure payment within the month of failure
  • Account follow ups
  • Collations of all credits and refunds
  • Moving of debt to legal teams in a timely manner & maintaining legal system with account updates and revenue increases
  • Updating of account system, ensuring all communication are logged in a time manner and maintained at all times so the each entry is correct.
  • Pulling of monthly aged debt reports
  • Account reconciliations from all finance systems
  • Responding to emails within 24 hours
  • Dealing with escalations
  • Any ad-hoc tasks

Candidate

The successful candidate for this temporary Credit Control position will need to have the following skills:

  • Previous Credit Control experience
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • Good Excel skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Can use own initiative
  • Team player
  • Immediately available
