Expenses/ 9 Month Contract/ Competitive Salary/ Excellent Benefits/ Central Location
I am working with a city centre based client who require support within their expenses team – Initially on a 9 month contract basis. This is a varied role that will give the successful candidate exposure to process improvement within a market leading business.
There is a strong possibility that this role will be extended past the first initial 9 month period.
- Checking and processing of a high volume of company expense claims
- Responding to and resolving all associated queries
- Ensuring claims are compliant to company policy
- Chasing employees for missing expenses correspondence
- Calculating for VAT on expense claims
- Supporting with; vehicle, fuel cards and benefits reporting
- Ensure accurate application of legislative rules and company policy
- Challenging any expenses discrepancies
- 12 months + in an administration/ expenses role
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced and target focused environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills (Vlook ups, Pivot tables and formulas use as a minimum)
- SAP experience is highly advantageous
- Ability to commit to a minimum 9 month fixed term contract and ideally ability to start on a reduced period
