NC Associates are working exclusively with a market leading manufacturing company to help recruit an experienced Finance Assistant. This company has grown considerably over the past few years and are known as market leaders within their sector. As a finance assistant you will report directly into the finance director and be tasked with the following duties


  • Maintenance of the purchase ledger
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Processing expenses
  • Processing payments to supplier via BACS
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Collating the payroll information / time-sheets from employees
  • Assist management accountant with month end accounts, accruals, journals
  • Adhoc projects with the FD

Essential Experience Required

To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience

  • Previous experience of working within a similar role
  • Purchase ledger / payroll experience
  • Good level of excel
  • Ideally you will be AAT Qualified or equivalent
  • Team player with outgoing personality
