NC Associates are currently supporting a global organisation, who due to growth are on the lookout for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their compliance function.

As a Finance Assistant, you will have a primary focus around the audit and legislation, to ensure compliance is reached with all internal & external groups.
Other duties will include:
- Dealing with complex queries
- Carrying out audits for existing and new umbrella companies
- Supporting the Assistant Manager with non-compliance reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good level of transferable skills, along with a strong professional drive and focus. You will need to be team orientated, who can adapt easily to a changing fast paced environment. You will ideally have audit experience and knowledge of payroll functions including pay/bill systems.
