Part -Time Expenses Administrator / City Centre / £20,000-£21,000 / Excellent benefits
An international service company with a luxury office based in Manchester City Centre is looking for an experienced Expenses Assistant on a part-time basis to cover a 12 month contract. The reason for the role is because a team member has been seconded on to an implementation project. There is potential for the role to be extended or become permanent. This would certainly be a great opportunity to improve skills within a unique place of work.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, the duties will include:
- Checking and processing of expenses claims
- Resolving expense queries
- Improving processes
- Supporting colleagues with queries regarding Company Cars, Fuel Card, Benefits Reporting
- Ensure accurate application of legislative rules and company policy for expenses benefits
The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of dealing with expenses & benefits, be able to communicate with both internal & external partners, and be confident with excel.
