Personal Assistant/ Administrator/ Free On-Site Parking/ Flexible Working Hours/ Part Time (20 Hours Per Week)/ Competitive Salary/ Excellent Benefits
This is a hands on varied Personal Assistants vacancy that will require the successful candidate to support a busy business Director. My client is seeking a proactive, multitasker with excellent organisational and communication skills to work alongside them for 20 hours per week over 5 days.
Job Description:
- Reporting to the managing director
- Answering telephone calls, managing any enquiries and taking messages where relevant
- Diary management – scheduling meetings and advising on availability
- Maintaining filing systems
- Archiving, scanning and photocopying
- Proof reading documents as required
- Minute taking at meetings
- Maintaining manual and electronic files for a database of clients
- Updating of client contact database and mailing lists
- Telephone, email and letter correspondence with clients on behalf of the director
- Liaising with local authorities
- Maintaining and updating master spreadsheets
- General administration
- Liaising with contractors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the capacity as a Personal Assistant
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the business
- Excellent degree of attention to detail
- Problem solving ability
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to commit to working 20 hours per week Mon – Fri
- Customer focused approach
- Ability to manage different time deadlines
- Positive, proactive and personable character
- Ability to multitask effectively
