Property Accountant Role
NC Associates are working with a forward thinking and market leading property organisation to assist in recruiting a Property Accountant on a fixed term contract. My client is looking for a Accountant who can help support the senior finance team in delivery robust financial information across the business
Property Accountant Responsibilities
- Preparing the management accounts for various entities within the group
- Inter-company accounts
- Service charge accounts
- Consolidation of accounts
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Year end accounts
Property Accountant Experience Required
- CIMA, ACCA, Qualified
- Property Sector Experience Required
- Confident, Commercial Acumen
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
