PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK / 12 MONTH CONTRACT / £20,000- £22,000 / CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTRE / EXCELLENT BENEFITS, PARKING / IMMEDIATE START

NC Associates are working with a award winning construction company based outside Manchester city centre, to help recruit a purchase ledger clerk for them on a 12 months contract to cover maternity Due to extensive company growth over the last two years, this role will very likely become permanent. The organisation offers a safe and comfortable environment for individuals to develop their skills further.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the duties will include:

  • Daily processing of supplier invoices
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Producing credit notes
  • Monthly statement reconciliations
  • Query resolution
  • General administration

Essential Requirement Required

  • Experience of working as a purchase ledger clerk in a similar role
  • Ideally you will have experience of using Sage 50
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
