PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK / 12 MONTH CONTRACT / £19,000 – £21,000 / CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTRE
An award winning manufacturing company based outside Manchester city centre, is looking to recruit a skilled purchase ledger clerk to cover a maternity contract for 12 months. Due to extensive company growth over the last two years, this role will very likely become permanent. The organisation offers a safe and comfortable environment for individuals to develop their skills further.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, the duties will include:
- Daily processing of supplier invoices
- Processing purchase orders
- Processing supplier payments
- Producing credit notes
- Monthly statement reconciliations
- Query resolution
- General administration
The ideal candidate will experience of being in a similar role within a fast paced environment and be confident with IT systems including excel and Sage.
