NC Associates are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an industry leading organisation based in Preston.
You will be joining a busy Finance team processing high volume of invoices. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be reporting into the Accounts Manager.
- Processing high volume of invoices
- Matching of supplier invoices against purchase orders and posting on to the ledger
- Entering invoices in query into the system
- Statement reconciliation
- Chasing and resolving queries
- Organise supplier payment runs for allocated accounts
To be considered you MUST have;
- Minimum 2 years purchase Ledger experience
- Worked in a fast paced finance team
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Results driven
- Excellent organisation skills
