NC Associates are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well established, reputable organisation based in Wrexham. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be joining a small team and play an important role within the finance department.
- Generating purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers
- Matching delivery notes with the relevant order and purchase invoice
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Statement reconciliations
- Chasing customers for payment of invoices
- Run calculations
- Ad-hoc duties – Sales Ledger & Payroll
To be considered you MUST have;
- Minimum 2 years Purchase Ledger experience
- Used Sage in a previous role
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and enthusiastic
- Worked in a small team
