Purchase Ledger Clerk / Wrexham / £18,000 – £22,000 / Immediate Start / Reputable Company

NC Associates are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well established, reputable organisation based in Wrexham. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be joining a small team and play an important role within the finance department.

Duties include;

  • Generating purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers
  • Matching delivery notes with the relevant order and purchase invoice
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Chasing customers for payment of invoices
  • Run calculations
  • Ad-hoc duties – Sales Ledger & Payroll

To be considered you MUST have;

  • Minimum 2 years Purchase Ledger experience
  • Used Sage in a previous role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and enthusiastic
  • Worked in a small team
