We have an opporutnity to join our new office as our office admnistrator and candidate researcher.
Do you have recruitment experience- agency or internal??
- Writing job adverts and sourcing candidates via internal candidate database, job boards and social networking sites.
- Creating a shortlist
- keeping in touch with candidates
- Interviewing candidates for vacancies and providing support on interviewing to management
- Filling vacancies
- Correspondence with candidates following the offer and all relevant paperwork
This opportunity will suit candidates with previous recruitment experience.
- You will be a confident, ambitious hard worker with a strong commercial awareness, or the drive and desire to develop this over time
