Job Title: Recruitment Researcher and Office Administrator

Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: £16,000 to £19,000

Employment Type: 6 months temporary to permanent

NC Associates have been trading in Leeds since March 2018. We are a new young business within the Accountancy recruitment market. We are social and lively so this office is not for those who like a quiet life !

We have an opporutnity to join our new office as our office admnistrator and candidate researcher.

Do you have recruitment experience- agency or internal??

Duties include

  • Writing job adverts and sourcing candidates via internal candidate database, job boards and social networking sites.
  • Creating a shortlist
  • keeping in touch with candidates
  • Interviewing candidates for vacancies and providing support on interviewing to management
  • Filling vacancies
  • Correspondence with candidates following the offer and all relevant paperwork

This opportunity will suit candidates with previous recruitment experience.
