Are you a newly qualified or part-qualified Tax Assistant Semi-Senior looking for more varied client exposure and the opportunity to grow?
The ideal Tax Assistant will be ACCA/ AAT / ATT part qualified with 20 months’ experience of working within a busy public practice firm.
Alternately, candidates with a relevant UK Tax experience will be considered

Our client provides tax, audit, business support and financial information, delivering tailored and quality advice. They offer a wide range of end-to-end services to meet every businesses’ needs.
You will assist in preparing accounts and tax returns to the private client’s team based in our clients Manchester office.
The main responsibilities for the Tax Assistant job include:
- Preparing tax returns and compliance work
- Assisting in preparing tax returns, tax computations and tax reserves
- Dealing with accounts and tax returns
- Developing excellent client relationships
- Liaising with HMRC
The ideal candidate will be hard-working with the ability to manage and organise your workload. You will have excellent communication skills with a good understanding of IT.
