Accounts Assistant Role Overview
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be working as part of a small team and be responsible for managing the accounts receivable and credit control process. You will work closely with and report into the Accounts Manager.
Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
- Raising invoices
- Raising credit notes
- Allocation of cash
- Credit control – chasing old and current debts
- Any ad hoc duties – problem solving
- Telephone enquiries internal and external
Accounts Assistant Experience Required
- Experienced in a similar accounts or admin role with a good work ethic, effective communication and time management skills.
- Flexibility towards tasks with the ability to work effectively using own initiative
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to work
