Inclusive recruitment

We aim to provide a great client and candidate experience for everyone we work with. Ultimately, our aim is to ensure we place the right person for the right job at the right company. By cultivating a diverse, balanced, and inclusive recruitment process we will truly embrace different abilities, genders, ethnicities, skills and people of all identities. 

Advertise inclusively

We can create inclusive job adverts to ensure we aren't putting up any barriers between a great job and diverse candidates. We write adverts in the right way and put them in the right places so they are accessible for everyone. 

Inclusive interviewing

We make sure this process is fair and inclusive as possible. By using techniques such as a standardised process with competency-based questions, we compare candidates using the same criteria to ensure it's fair for all.

Anonymous CVs

More and more companies are requesting blind CVs which remove personal identifiers so that the essence of a candidate's capabilities are based on just that instead of anything that could identify their personal characteristics.  

Overcoming unconscious bias

Stereotypes about certain groups or individuals can form outside our own conscious awareness which can sometimes impact the recruitment process. Our consultants have been trained in overcoming these biases and take steps to overcome this throughout the process.

Internal training

Our team have all had internal training on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and are dedicated to cultivating a company where ED&I is recognised, valued and celebrated.
