Sales Estimator Role Overview
An excellent opportunity for a Sales Estimator to join a firm who are growing their presence in London. They’re looking for a self-driven, commercially minded Sales Estimator to join their growing team. As the Sales Estimator you’ll be working on a wide range of projects from floor coverings to subfloor prep – collaborating with clients, suppliers and their delivery teams to ensure accurate, competitive pricing.
Sales Estimator Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate take-offs and estimates for flooring projects
- Building quotes and tender packages for submission to main contractors
- Sourcing material costs and labour rates
- Identifying risks, clarifications, and value engineering opportunities
- Supporting the team through tender handovers and pre-construction meetings
- Building positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Actively looking for opportunities in the market
Sales Estimator Experience Required:
- A full UK driving licence
- Previous estimating and sales experience
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Clear communication – both written and verbal
