NC Associates are supporting a PE backed business which has seen extensive growth over the past 12 months in recruiting a Group Commercial Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The Group Commercial Finance Manager will be integral in supporting the Group Finance Director in driving the business forward especially as they go through various M&A. As a Group Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the finance team and ensuring all activities are completed within specified time-frames. Group Commercial Finance Manager Duties.
- Managing the finance team circa 6
- Full end to end management accounts including commentary to the board
- Margin analysis across group
- Review subsidiary accounts
- Cashflow and budgets across group
- Consolidation of group accounts
- Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliation’s – Stock, debtors, creditors etc
- VAT Reconciliation
- Various adhoc projects, improving consolidation processes
Group Commercial Finance Manager Experience Required.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified with at least 3-5 years PQE
- Proven experience of working within a fast paced and high-volume business
- People management experience is essential
- Operational process experience
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong excel skills
