Sales Lead Generator Role
A growing and forward-thinking organisation is looking to recruit a Sales Lead Generator to drive new business opportunities. This is a fantastic entry-level role for a motivated individual looking to start a career in sales, gain valuable experience, and develop within a commercial environment.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating leads and creating opportunities for the wider sales team. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Sales Lead Generator Responsibilities
As a Sales Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Contacting prospective clients via telephone, email, and digital channels
- Introducing the company’s services in a professional and engaging manner
- Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
- Booking meetings and appointments for senior sales colleagues
- Researching target organisations and key decision-makers
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Meeting agreed activity and performance targets
Sales Lead Generator Experience
- No previous sales experience required — full training provided
- Confident and professional communicator
- Positive, resilient, and motivated to succeed
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using IT systems and CRM platforms
