What You’ll Do

Process purchase and sales invoices

Post daily banking and allocate cash

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries

Assist with vehicle stock checks and month-end reconciliations

Support the Dealership Accountant with ad-hoc finance tasks

Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
What You’ll Need

Proven experience in a motor trade dealership accounts role
-
Strong understanding of dealership accounting procedures
-
Experience with a Dealer Management System (Kerridge, Autoline, etc.)

Confident Excel skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines

Team player with a proactive attitude
