Credit Controller Role Overview
NC Associates are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join a business based in Southport. They are looking for an immediately available candidate to join on a temporary to permanent basis. This role will progress into a varied position where you will also be responsible for purchase ledger duties.

Credit Controller Responsibilities:
- Proactively chasing outstanding payments by phone
- Creating an expected payments spreadsheet for incoming confirmed payments
- Allocation of money relating to non-credit account customers
- Credit checking new and existing customers
- Petty Cash reconciliation
- Sending customer statements
Credit Controller Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control / Collections role
- Confident chasing outstanding debt over the phone
- Experience using Sage – Desirable
- Basic Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
