Executive Assistant Overview
NC Associates are working with a well-established and growing law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership from their Shrewsbury office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional EA who thrives within a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing high-level administrative support.
The role would suit someone with previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative experience within a professional services or legal environment.
Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities
· Providing full Executive Assistant support to senior leadership
· Managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
· Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and legal documents
· Coordinating internal and external meetings, including minute taking where required
· Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
· Managing confidential and sensitive information professionally
· Supporting with project coordination and operational administration
· Assisting with event planning and client hospitality where required
· Ensuring deadlines and priorities are managed effectively
· Supporting the wider office with administrative tasks when required
Executive Assistant Experience Required
· Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrator
· Experience within legal or professional services would be advantageous
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Ability to work independently and use initiative
· Strong attention to detail and professionalism
