Credit Controller Overview
NC Associates are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join a business based in Sandbach. As the Credit Controller you will be responsible in maximising cash collection, reducing aged debt, and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally.
Credit Controller Responsibilities:
- Raising customer invoices
- Proactively chasing outstanding payments by phone
- Resolving invoice queries, working with both internal and external contacts
- Post and allocate cash to customer accounts
- Credit checking new and existing customers
- Sending customer statements
Credit Controller Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a Sales Ledger/Credit Control role
- Experience using Sage – Desirable
- Basic Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
