NC Associates is partnering with a leading FMCG business. They’re looking for a Accounts Administrator to join their finance team on a 6-month FTC. This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a busy ledger function in a company where your work genuinely keeps the business moving.
The Role:
This is a hands-on, full-time role where you’ll be managing supplier accounts, processing invoices, and making sure payments go out accurately and on time. You’ll be working closely with a supportive finance team, helping with reconciliations, month-end processes, and generally keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders.
- Ensure timely supplier payments.
- Reconcile purchase ledger accounts and chase any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Be a proactive part of a busy, fast-moving finance team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an accounts role team.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting systems
- Confident Excel skills (think pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without drama.
- Strong communication skills—friendly but professional.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in a fast-paced FMCG or retail environment.
