Accounts Administrator Role Overview
NC Associates are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client based in Macclesfield, who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their small but busy accounts department. This role offers the opportunity for development as well as study support.
Accounts Administrator Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the sales ledger
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Resolving any discrepancies
- Post cash receipts
- Allocate payments accurately to customer accounts.
- Chase outstanding debts and monitor aged debt reports
- Assisting with credit control and maintaining relationships with customers.
Accounts Administrator Experience Required:
- Experience in a similar accounts role – 1+ year
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ambition and drive to grow with the business
