Accounts Administrator Role Overview
NC Associates are looking to recruit an Office / Accounts Administrator on behalf of our Liverpool based client. You will play a key role in managing daily accounts administration, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Accounts Administrator Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining filing systems
- Processing supplier invoices and sale orders on Sage 50
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Credit control and chasing overdue invoices
- Assisting with payroll weekly
- Credit card reconciliations
- General office administration
- Preparing Excel spreadsheets and management reports
Accounts Administrator Experience Required:
- Must have experience using Sage 50
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Organised with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
