Accounts Administrator Role Overview

NC Associates are looking to recruit an Office / Accounts Administrator on behalf of our Liverpool based client. You will play a key role in managing daily accounts administration, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Accounts Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls directing enquiries appropriately
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems
  • Processing supplier invoices and sale orders on Sage 50
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Credit control and chasing overdue invoices
  • Assisting with payroll weekly
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • General office administration
  • Preparing Excel spreadsheets and management reports

Accounts Administrator Experience Required:

  • Must have experience using Sage 50
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Organised with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
