NC Associates are working with a rapidly PE backed organisation based in Stockport who are looking to recruit a skilled Cash & Banking Reconciliations Clerk wthin the Treasury team. Due to continued growth The role is to support the Treasury and Corporate Accounting teams in multiple aspects of treasury management. This a fast-paced environment and will involve taking ownership of several tasks and working with a high volume of data and bank accounts, the purpose of the role will be to ensure the company accounts are maintained and ensuring that the funds are correctly allocated on a day-to-day basis. Reporting into the Treasury Manager the duties will include:
- Completing daily reconciliation’s on multiple bank accounts circa 500 +
- Reviewing bank statements
- Resolving queries
- Weekly reports on cash balances
- Analysing& monitoring payments
- Cash flow forecasting
- Open and closing bank accounts with all related documentation
- Input payments onto on-line banking portal
- Supporting the senior treasury administrator and corporate finance team with adhoc banking
Essential Experience Required
To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience
- Previous experience working within a similar role within Cash & Banking or Treasury
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good level of Excel ie V lookups & Pivot Tables
- Excellent data entry and admin skills
