NC Associates are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join a leading national organisation based in Liverpool. As the Credit Controller you will report directly into the Credit Control Manager.


  • Maintain and manage debt to an acceptable level within your own portfolio
  • Reduce overall debt greater than 1 year
  • Provide an excellent service to their clients (internal and external)
  • Arrange and manage regular meetings to discuss aged debt
  • Attend and contribute in team meetings
  • Utilise automated debt chasing and work through daily tasks
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary
  • Good overall knowledge of taking legal action, making business decisions on whether it is cost effective to sue the client

Essential Experience Required

To be successful in your application for this role you will have the following

  • Proven Credit Control experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work from own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
