Credit Controller Role Overview
NC Associates are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on behalf of our client based in St Helens. They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join on a permanent basis. You will be joining a small but busy accounts team, reporting into the Credit Control Manager.
Credit Controller Responsibilities:
- Proactively chasing current and aged debts
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Raise invoices, applications, and credit notes when required.
- Allocation of cash
- Dealing with and resolving queries
- Issuing statements and reminder letters
Credit Controller Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a credit control role.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- An enthusiastic, positive, and can-do approach to tasks.
