NC Associates are working cloely with a fast paced and rapidly expanding Property organisation based in South Manchester who are looking to recruit an interim Service Charge / Property Accountant to help assist the business through the year-end. As a Service Charge / Property Accountant you will work closely with the senior management team.

Duties

• Preparing service charge accounts
• Reviewing of service charge accounts.
• Producing monthly financial statements.
• Preparing income and expenditure reports.
• Managing transactional finance.
• Preparing company and consolidated accounts
• Assisting with the audit
• Completing complex balance sheet reviews.
• Preparing monthly VAT returns.
• Working with key stakeholders across the business.

Essential Experience Required

• Service charge accounts experience
• Experience within the Property sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
