NC Associates is looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Manchester office. You will play a key role in developing client relationships, managing candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions, while enjoying support from an experienced leadership team and a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Recruitment Consultant Duties

Building and developing strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors

Identifying and winning new business opportunities through proactive business development

Sourcing, interviewing, and managing high-quality candidates

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement

Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates

Maintaining a strong pipeline of roles and candidates

Delivering against agreed targets and KPIs

Representing NC Associates professionally in the Manchester market
What You’ll Need
To be successful in your application you MUST have the following:

Previous recruitment or sales experience advantageous but not essential

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
