Senior Bookkeeper Role Overview

NC Associates are working on a Senior Bookkeeper vacancy for an industry leading luxury retail company based in Chester. Due to pending retirement, they are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join the business. You will be reporting into the Director.

Senior Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Monthly supplier payments and other bank payments
• Euro payment and posting Euro invoices
• Posting and allocation of customer payments
• Customer invoices and statements printing, scanning, emailing/posting.
• Salary uploads to accountants and bank payments.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Credit card analysis and posting.
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Quarterly and year end accounts.
• Properties accounts
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Senior Bookkeeper Experience Required

• Strong in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to work independently
• You will have a positive, proactive attitude.
