Accounts Assistant Role Overview
NC Associates are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on behalf of our Liverpool based client, who is seeking a candidate that already has solid experience in an accounts role and is confident handling day-to-day finance processes. This role offers the opportunity to month end exposure.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices daily
- Reconciling supplier and customer accounts
- Payment runs weekly
- Bank reconciliation’s
- Allocate payments and assist with cash flow forecasting
- Support month-end tasks including accruals, prepayments, VAT returns
- Managing petty cash
Accounts Assistant Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role
- Previously worked in a fast-paced role
- Studying towards AAT
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to manage relationships
- Strong organisational and communication skills
