Legal Cashier Role Overview
An excellent opportunity for a Legal Cashier to join a long established law firm based in Stockport. You will be joining a small but busy accounts team, and will be responsible for all cashiering duties, reporting into the Finance Manager.
Legal Cashier Responsibilities:
- Processing client and office account transactions
- Processing bills and client payments
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Processing CHAPS, BACS, and cheque payments
- Managing petty cash and credit card transactions
- Monitoring and managing client account balances
- Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments
- Other cashiering and accounts tasks as and when required
Legal Cashier Experience Required
- Experience as a legal Cashier in a law firm environment
- Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills and communication skills
